Go outside and visit a local farmers market.

Juice fresh

10 med-large tomatoes (strain the pulp too.)
1/2 bunch of celery
1 large anaheim pepper

cut a lime in half
squeeze 1/2lime into juice

add three tblsp worchestershire sauce

Stir gently, this is a liquid salad, a restorative for your senses after a long Saturday night.

Grind fresh pepper to taste. If you are daring use a dusting of white over the tops instead.

prep 4 10 oz glasses with edges dipped in lime and sea salt.

add 2 oz. Tequlia (or gin if you must)
Squeeze the other half of fresh lime over tops of drinks.

Garnish with a stalk of celery and a stick of cucumber and/or a thin slice of red bell pepper.
